News Owners - Same Friendly Service!
On September 7, 2016, Jim and Eileen Patterson invited the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce and local dignitaries to join them for a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate their recent purchase of Track 7 Postal Center. The Pattersons live in Warwick and will continue all of the great services that have been offered at Track 7 for the past ten years. Eileen said, “We are very grateful for all of the hard work by Ken and Betsy Mitchell. They’ve cultivated a great business and we are excited to follow their lead.”
Jim Patterson was born and raised in Warwick and is excited to be a part of the business community in his home town. When he’s not at the Track 7 counter, Jim is a general contractor in New York City. He brings construction skills to Track 7 for the occasions when custom boxes or crates are needed for odd-shaped and large shipments. Jim said, “Eileen and I are looking forward to growing this business together and our children will be involved in the day-to-day running of the business. I’m excited to be doing all of this as a family.”
Eileen is a Village Trustee in Warwick and she also owns Creative Vision, a small business marketing agency, which has offices onsite. She said, “I’ve been the marketing department to my clients for the past four years; now I’ll be their mailroom too!” One addition to the shop is work by a talented local artist, Maureen Jones who has some of her beautiful pieces displayed and for sale at Track 7.
Community support is another tradition that will continue at Track 7. Ken and Betsy have organized the Warwick Angel Tree for the past ten years to accept donations of gifts for local area children during the Holidays. That, along with the April drive to support the Warwick Humane Society will continue.
